超簡單無泡打粉餅乾
Simple Cookies without using baking powder
不需使用泡打粉和鹽
簡單的材料加一個食物袋就能輕鬆做出好味餅乾!

我將部份白麵粉換成 spelt flour 提升了餅乾的營養
減少了油都能成功弄出香脆的餅乾呢!
Ingredient:
Whole spelt flour 10g
White spelt flour 20g
Cake flour 50g
Rice bran oil 20g
Maple syrup 20g
Milk 10g
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 170C
2. Prepare a food bag. Add dry ingredients into the bag. Hold the open end then mix.
3. Add all the wet ingredients into the bag. Knead the dough through the food bag. Your hands can keep clean!
4. Keep the dough inside the food bag. Roll the dough into 5mm thickness. Cut it into whatever shape you like.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
6. Let the cookies cool then keep it in a air tight container.
