南瓜布丁 Butternut Squash Pudding

兩歲的他
不喜歡烤南瓜
但喜歡蒸水蛋
將兩者混合
郤只能吸引他吃幾口...

Original Recipe:

蒸時布丁會脹大,所以不能倒得太滿!


外表不平滑,可能因為没有過濾
 
凝固得也不錯


Ingredients:
140g roasted butternut squash
250ml milk
3 eggs
45g coconut sugar

Method:
1. Blend the squash and milk into puree
2. Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl
3. Add squash puree
4. Pour into baking cups
5. Follow MASAの料理ABC 's method to set up the baking cups in a pot.
6. Cover the pot and Stream 10 min in low heat then leave them in the pot for another 6 min
7. Cool and chill


電飯煲牛油果飯

看來很有趣的食譜,但是我郤比較喜歡再簡單一點的牛油果雞蛋伴飯

Original Recipe:


材料:
牛油果 1
白米 2 rice cup
醬油 1tsp
酒  1 tbsp

麻油 
柴魚高湯 (跟電飯煲的指示)

蛋 - 1隻
做法:
1. 洗米加入柴魚高湯
2. 放入去核去皮的牛油果
3. 加入醬油、酒、鹽、麻油
4. 按掣煮飯
5. 打開煮熟的飯,將牛油果壓碎跟飯攪均
6. 加上煎蛋

肉片用醬油味醂淹一會
炒切粒的洋蔥和紅蘿蔔
加乾香草
加肉片
加茄汁和水
酸就再用糖調味

用日本鰹魚湯 + 2匙清酒當水加進電飯煲
米上放上三文魚
按上Cook掣

    簡易忌廉番茄紅椒三文魚意粉

     
    一個pan同時煮好醬汁同魚,簡單又好味,很滿足的忌廉番茄紅椒三文魚意粉!


Original Recipe:

CREAMY TOMATO SALMON WITH SPAGHETTI from Kitchen Sanctuary




Ingredients:

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 brown onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 red pepper, chopped
2 pieces of boneless salmon
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato puree
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp. whole fat milk
cooked spaghetti
cheddar cheese to serve

Method:

1. Cook the spaghetti following the instruction on the package.
2. Pan fry the onions until turning brown.  
3. Add the garlic and red pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the salmon then pour in the tin of chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, thyme and sugar. Turn the heat up to high until it starts to bubble, turn the heat down to simmer the salmon for about 8 min. 
5. When the salmon is done, move the salmon to a plate.  Take away its bone and skin if necessary.
6. Blend half of the sauce with the milk.  Put back on the heat.
7. Stir in the spaghetti.
8. Grate some cheese and serve!

Ingredient:

白飯 2碗
細洋蔥切粒 1個
蒜頭切粒 2粒
半條紅蘿蔔切粒
豬肉碎 100g
太陽花籽 1 tbsp

咖哩粉 1 tsp
紅椒粉 1/2 tsp
番茄醬 1 tsp
鹽&黑胡椒

雞蛋 2個
牛油少許

將近2歳半的他最近不太喜歡吃綠葉蔬菜,幸好他喜歡喝用蔬菜加水果打成的Smoothie~

其實用蔬果smoothie代替鮮奶做Pancake可以做出好鬆軟的效果,我同老公都好鐘意食!
奇怪我囝對它完全無興趣。。。


看來似抹茶甜品,吃來也像抹茶味呢!






Pancake's Ingredients:

1 cup homemade sweet potato leave and banana smoothie*
1 egg
1 cup spelt flour + cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
