Ingredients:
4 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped mixed nuts (by Vitamix, on and off to chop into small pieces)
4 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt

1 cup coconut flake

chia seed
dried fruits
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Mix everything together and place on a cookie sheet.
3. Baked for 10 minutes then remove from the oven and stir then bake again. Remove and stir again every 5 minutes until all it turns golden.
4. Add chia seed and dried fruits after baking.
